I have been tagged....

I have been tagged by Sue Smith at Ancient Artist. She blogs about developing an art career after 50. When you see her art you will know that her dreams are going to come true.
I am supposed to reveal 7 things about my self and then tag 7 other bloggers. Let's see how I do.
1. I have my Tool and Die papers.
2. I worked as a Machine Repair before I got laid off.
3. I have no sense of timing. So my piano playing may never get past beginner, but that is okay because I love to play anyways.
4. I like figs, despite my husband.
5. I love snow. I secretly wish for mounds of it. When I hear of places getting 7' of snow I wish it had happened here.
6. I love home shows.
7. I want to be a free runner. Never mind that I have no balance and currently do not run!

Now I am supposed to tag seven people.
1. Jan at Pets to Posies, a forum buddy and beautiful artist, maybe this will give her a kick to get going on her blog.
2. Maricello at Cello Centered, a renaissance woman if I ever met one!
3. My brother Mark at Baddawg, my truck driving comedian of a brother.
4. C Merry at TLLT, this is my favorite place to visit! You have to check it out.
I guess I'll leave it at that. If I think of someone else I'll edit later.

  1. I love snow too, I am always sad when it comes and then melts the same day :( When NYC had TONs of it one year (burying cars!) I was out with my sweetie and we walked from the East Village all the way to Herald Square and back.. yeah I love snow!
Thanks for the tag, I have trouble thinking of who to mention.. and what the heck I'd say about me.. I'll try I promise.

  2. Sounds like a great day!
I look forward to seeing what you have to say.

  3. Hi Paulette, it was fun to write, once I finally got around to it. Thanks for only picking four people so that I only felt compelled to pick four!

I love your recent artwork, by the way. I am taking a local art class at the moment, so drawing for class and not DrawSpace, but will get back to DS soon (only another week or two of classes), and looking forward to participating in one of those ATC events.

  4. You will have to show us your work from class.
I think the next ATC event will be for Christmas and will probably go up Nov. 1st. I think Ernest is running it this time.
I headed off to check out your answers.

  5. Hi Paulette, My work from class is never really finished, but I'll think about it.

November 1 is tomorrow. I'd better get organized. Good thing the art class is almost over. It was only ok, as art classes go. Of the original nine students, only 3 were at the last class.
